Q:  We are worried about the transfer of Covid19, what precautions do you take?

A:  We take this virus very seriously and have taken the necessary steps to keep our customers and trades people safe, wearing masks and gloves where needed, avoiding close contact with our customers and cleaning all areas we have touched with disinfecting spray at the end of the day.

 

Q: Are all of your decorators women?

A: There are occasions when a customer will request an all female team however Lady Decorators Hampshire do work with  both male and female highly skilled decorators.

 

Q: What paint do you use.

A: Our paint of choice is Dulux however we work with many brands and are happy to discuss options with you.

 

Q: Can I provide my own paint?

A: You can provide your own paint, however we advise against using cheap unbranded paints.  We suggest using a quality product to obtain best possible results.  We can help you choose a brand to fit your budget if needed.

 

Q: I am not sure what colour I should use can you help me?

A: Yes we can help with colour choices and can create a digital colour pallet for you, we do charge a fee for this but if you use our service this fee is removed from your final invoice.

 

Q: I am not able to move my furniture will you arrange this for me?

A: Yes we are happy to move furniture for our customers, however rooms with excessive amounts of furniture that need to be moved outside of the property or into storage may incur an additional charge.

 

Q: I have recently had new carpets fitted how will you ensure these do not get paint on them?

A: All floors are protected with a suitable product for carpets we use Roll & Stroll this product will stay in place until the work is complete.  We also use Prodec Super Cling to protect your furniture 

 

Q: We have had work carried out by another company but was concerned about the amount of dust created is there anyway this can be minimised?

A:  When we carry out any sanding or preparation we use a Mirka Dustless System this enables us to keep your home virtually dust free!  We also partition rooms if needed to stop any dust escaping to other parts of the house.

 

Q: Can you tell me how much it would cost to decorate my lounge it's not very big.

A: Unfortunately we are unable to provide you with an estimate without coming out and checking the room/s you would like 

decorating as every property is different.  We do not charge for this service it's completely free unless it's for an insurance quote.

 

Q:  Do you provide any other services?

A:  Yes we carry out all internal and external decoration including wallpaper hanging.  All timber restoration including listed buildings. New bathrooms and kitchens, plastering, property maintenance, rental properties and much more.
